Delivery to metro/urban address: 3-8 working days from date shipped (dispatched).
Delivery to rural address: 3-10 working days from date shipped (dispatched).

If you are not at home during delivery, drivers have an ‘authority to leave’ if they can find a secure place in which to leave your parcel. If no secure place is found they will leave a card to call. If a signature is required for delivery of your parcel please write this in special instructions at cart, or email us immediately after placing your order. Aus Post is able to deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers so please select his service if you require delivery to either of these.
The Australian Post Parcel Post service we use for online orders is managed through NZ Post and consequently your tracking will be through the NZ Post website. The from address printed on your label is a NZ Post depot based in NSW where your parcel will travel through on its way to you. Please note that all TFS online orders are shipped from our Auckland, New Zealand HQ. We do not have onshore Australian online distribution at present.

Some of the fabrics available online may also be available in your nearest TFS store in Australia. Samples - Free Untracked NZ Post:

Samples (if purchased on their own, without a fabric purchase) are sent via New Zealand standard, stamped post. Postage is not tracked, and may be subject to delays beyond our control. Approximate postage times as follows:
Metro & Rural: 10-30 Working Days.
However, if you purchase samples as part of a larger purchase that includes fabric, they will be shipped with your parcel.

The current threshold for Australia imports is $1000 (AUD). All purchases over this amount will be subject to local duties and taxes, and will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Your local customs service will contact you to arrange payment of these. You can read more about this here.
If your order is near or over the threshold for your country please email us before you purchase and we will do our best to provide further information. Please note we cannot assist you after an order has already been placed.
Customs will generally base the value of your order on the price of the goods, plus the cost of the shipping. In some cases even if you have not paid for shipping (i.e free shipping offer used) customs may still include a charge for shipping in the value of your order. We do our best to provide correct information but unfortunately this is outside of our control and depends on your countries current customs policies.
DHL do not deliver to PO boxes or Parcel lockers within Australia, so please make sure you include a physical address if you select this shipping service. Australian Post do allow delivery to PO Boxes and Parcel lockers so please select this service at checkout if you require delivery to either of these.
