In Store Pickup Service

New Zealand customers shopping online can now select FREE in store pick-up from our Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch or Dunedin stores. All In Store Pickup orders are cut and dispatched from our Online Store location, and we send them to the Pickup Store you have selected, with our weekly freight.

Our In Store Pickup service runs once a week on a Friday, for delivery into stores by Wednesday the following week. Our order cut-off is midnight Wednesday to catch the Friday shipment that week. See below buttons for the standard approximate timeframe for each store.

Please keep these timeframes in mind when placing your order as the paid shipping option maybe quicker. For urgent orders we strongly advise paid shipping. Note, during promotional periods, these timeframes may increase. From time to time, there may also be delays with freight due to reasons beyond our control.

I've placed an order, what happens next?

Our online team will cut and pack your order. Once it has been fulfilled, you will receive an email notification called "Your order is on its way to the store for pickup".

On Friday morning, your order will be sent to the store you have chosen to collect from. There is no tracking for this service as pickup orders get sent with our weekly store freight.

When your order arrives in store, the in-store staff will mark your order as ready for collection and you will receive an email notification called “Your online order is ready for pickup”. 

Please bring your order confirmation email with you, either digitally or printed, when you come to collect your order.
