The Fabric Store Online Loyalty club is accessible via the little blue Loyalty Club box (on desktop) or scissors logo (on mobile) situated at the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

Once you have an account with the Online Store you can start earning points straight away! The Online Loyalty Club is for online purchases only and cannot be transferred across to our in store Loyalty Card system. Purchases made using a trade or student discount account are not eligible to earn points. Our card and stamp system in stores cannot be used for online purchases.

We reserve the right to update our Online Loyalty Club terms from time to time. Where a change would affect points you've already earned, we'll give you reasonable notice by email before it takes effect.

Earn Points On Purchases

Every $1 NZD spent on products earns you 1 point. Please note points cannot be earned on gift vouchers or shipping charges.

Once you earn 500 points, you can then can exchange those 500 points for a $30 NZD voucher. If you prefer to keep saving you can choose to exchange 1000 points for a $70 NZD voucher, or 2000 points for a $150 voucher instead!

Once you have exchanged your points, your balance will be adjusted and a voucher code will be emailed to your account email address. Online Loyalty Club voucher codes are automatically generated as a unique single use code and have no expiry. Only one code can be used at a time so please note the Loyalty Club voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any code based promotion. Loyalty Club voucher codes cannot be applied to already discounted products. Simply enter the code at checkout and the voucher value will be deducted from the total of the full priced items in your cart.

Simply share your referral link with a friend who has not shopped online with us before and they will get $10 NZD off their first order!

Once they have used their code, you'll automatically get a $10 NZD voucher to use on your next order.

You'll need to be logged in to access your referral link, it is situated at the bottom of the Loyalty Club pop-up. There is no limit to the amount of referrals you give, and no expiry to the vouchers either.
