Application Process —
Once you have submitted all the information required, you will need to accept the terms and conditions of business with us via email. After this you will be registered as a wholesale customer and you will be able to get wholesale pricing on almost all our products

Pricing for Wholesale Customers

Please note that pricing is subject to change at any time.
We have a price break structure for our Exclusive Fabrics and ranges, which is across three price breaks, which can be viewed in the table below. This currently includes, but is not limited to; our ZQ Premium Merino, Vintage Finish Linen, Heavyweight Linen, Crinkle Linen, Gingham Linens, Organic Cottons & Linens, Organic Hemp, upcycled cottons as well as any future new exclusive fabrics we develop.

Deadstock Fabrics — Wholesale Pricing

We also offer a discount off the full original price of our Deadstock Fabrics – this is across 2 price breaks as per the table below.

Other items (i.e. threads) are also subject to a discount, as per the table also. The term ‘Deadstock Fabrics’ covers all fabrics that are not listed/marked in store as being one of our Exclusive Fabrics, and these are easily recognisable in store by their grey or pink coloured swing tags. If you need help identifying which category a fabric falls into, our staff are always happy to help!

Ordering Process

Once you are a registered wholesale customer, you will need to place orders via email so we can check product availability and provide a shipping quote. Customers cannot access wholesale pricing/rates automatically when shopping online.

1. Email contact@thefabricstoreonline.com with a list of the exact fabrics and quantities you require, your delivery address and any additonal notes / requirements.
2. We will get back to you and confirm if we can supply you order as requested.
3. We will email you a payment prompt. Fabrics will be held for one week.
4. Once paid, we will send your order within 3 working days.
5. If your order is over the customs duties and taxes threshold for your country, you will be contacted directly by either customs or DHL Express to organise payment for any fees owing. All customs and duties fees are the responsibility of the customer.
